Initial of all, wow! Where has summer season absent? How can it potentially be September previously???

This is only likely to be a limited blog, but I just needed to share a tiny restore task that I’ve been functioning on currently. The shopper originally despatched me an electronic mail a few weeks back, as she’d been told by a higher avenue jeweller that her sentimental gold dress ring, was not in a position to be resized. Que that very little evil little bit in my mind that just desires to prove them improper and demonstrate that it IS feasible, and voila! 1 resized garnet and pearl dress ring. Yes, it IS a delicate ring, so she’s not likely to be in a position to use it each individual working day, but at minimum it now CAN be worn, rather than remaining destined to sit in a box without end!

It is 9ct gold, established with garnets and pearls and is really fragile, but certainly not over and above restore. It is a “dress ring” and will never have been meant to be worn all of the time.
